   The client transmits the message using the following parameters:

      IRT   REN_TIMEOUT  

      MRT   REN_MAX_RT   

      MRC   0            

      MRD   Remaining time until T2 

   The first RT is based on IRT: 

      RT = IRT + IRT*RAND.
